Hi, I’m Janet McGeever. For more than twelve years, I’ve helped hundreds of women and couples through one to one sessions and workshops. For the last 3 years, my partner, Gene Thompson and I have been running our weekend Being Love Retreat for couples. And to read more about what I do go to The Conscious Heart.
Gene became a marriage counselor in the late 70’s and opened a counseling and life education centre in the 80’s. Gene has been inspired to begin the Male Initiative a non-profit one day program that supports men to improve their relationships with women. We are both qualified counselors and Journey practitioners with over 40 years counselling experience between us. We have deeply explored the areas of relationship, in particular communication and lovemaking, in both our personal and professional lives and are passionate about educating and facilitating women and men to create meaningful and loving relationships.
We are deeply humbled and excited to be chosen to bring this work to Australia.
So, it is a true honour and privilege for us to be the authorised Australian teachers of The Making Love Retreat®—this weeklong immersion into helping couples change the way they make love.
Diana Richardson and her husband Michael, leaders in the field of Conscious Loving and Sexuality, created The Making Love Retreat®. This powerful retreat has been run exclusively in Europe for almost 20 years.
When we experienced this retreat firsthand with Diana and Michael, we were blown away by the deep love, transformation and healing that became available to us, and how deeply we were then able to connect in our partnership.
