THE JOURNEY PROCESS

 

Do you ever get stuck on an issue that just keeps rearing its ugly head!

It may be an emotional reaction that you seem unable to stop, or you have a physical issue that just won’t go away or perhaps you keep creating relationships, jobs, situations that seem to create the same old pain over and over again. Sometimes it arises when you are relating with your children.

The Journey Process is a deep and powerful way to undo these old patterns. It works at the deepest level of the body and soul, changing the neurological pattern that has previously been set. It gracefully and gently uncovers the origin of the behaviour or disease, to allow us freedom in our reactions and responses in any given situation.

The Journey work was founded by Brandon Bays, now world renowned mind/body specialist. It was born from her own journey of healing a basketball sized tumour in her uterus in 6 weeks. And I have found it extremely powerful in helping women reclaim their power and femininity, men and women healing old wounds and helping couples clear out the blocks to love.

How it works

The Journey Process is about a 2 – 2 1/2 hour session where I lead you on a guided journey. It is a guided process that helps you become present to your emotions in a way that is gentle and supported. Depending on your situation, sessions may be weekly or monthly. All call you to that deeper place inside, your heart, your soul.

Clients have healed from past traumas, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, disease, past hurts in relationships, grief and loss, fear and anger issues.

These sessions are really worthwhile and deeply beneficial in unraveling the core emotions and beliefs that have not been supportive of your womanhood or femininity in the past.
